The Groove Brothers

Ray and Ian met on a studio session in the mid 90's and formed the Groove Brothers in the early noughties through a shared love of Soul and Motown music.

Ian has been a touring/session saxophonist for the likes of The Blockheads/The Hamish Stuart Band/ Chrissie Hynde/Jim Diamond/Norah Jones/Ricky Gervais and many Films/T.V. including The Crown final season.

After having a No.1 single in Italy, Ray has maintained a healthy session career recording albums and jingles as well as having a busy and varied live date sheet.

After working consistently for a decade, they took a sabbatical to pursue solo endeavours. 2025 is the start of a reunion tour for the Groove Brothers, so put your dancin' shoes on!
